The dried fertilizer granules have a higher temperature and should be cooled to prevent the fertilizer from agglomerating. The cooler is used to cool the pellets after drying. Combined with the dryer, it can greatly improve the cooling efficiency, reduce labor intensity, increase output, and further remove the moisture of the pellets and reduce the temperature of the fertilizer.
Customers can choose different types of cooler equipment such as drum coolers and counterflow coolers produced by our company according to the actual composting materials, sites and products.
The drum cooler is a large-scale machine that dissipates heat and precipitation of dried shaped fertilizer particles. The hot particles baked from the dryer are sent to the cooler for cooling.
