Product Detail

Complex fertilizer is a compound fertilizer containing nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, which is mixed according to a certain proportion of a single fertilizer and synthesizes by chemical reactions. The nutrient content is uniform and the particle size is the same. The compound fertilizer production line has wide adaptability to the granulation of various compound fertilizer raw materials.

Compound fertilizer has the characteristics of uniform granulation, bright color, stable quality, and easy dissolution to be absorbed by crops. In particular, it is relatively safe for seeds to grow fertilizer. Suitable for all kinds of soil and wheat, corn, melon and fruit, peanuts, vegetables, beans, flowers, fruit trees and other crops. It is suitable for base fertilizer, fertilizer, fertilizer chase, fertilizer and irrigation.

Raw materials available for organic fertilizer production

Raw materials for compound fertilizer production include urea, ammonium chloride, ammonium sulfate, liquid ammonia, ammonium monophosphate, diammonium phosphate, potassium chloride, potassium sulfate, including some clays and other fillers. Various organic materials are added according to soil needs:

Work Principle

Raw material ingredients:

According to market demand and local soil determination results, urea, ammonium nitrate, ammonium chloride, ammonium thiophosphate, ammonium phosphate, diammonium phosphate, heavy calcium, potassium chloride (potassium sulfate) and other raw materials are distributed in a certain proportion. Additives, trace elements, etc. are used as ingredients in a certain proportion through belt scales. According to the formula ratio, all raw material ingredients are evenly flowed from belts to mixers, a process called premixes. It ensures the accuracy of the formulation and achieves efficient continuous ingredients.

1. Mix:

The prepared raw materials are fully mixed and stirred evenly, laying the foundation for high-efficiency and high-quality granular fertilizer. A horizontal mixer or disk mixer can be used for uniform mixing and stirring. 

2. Granulation:

The material after mixing and crushing evenly is transported from the belt conveyor to the new compound fertilizer granulator. With the continuous rotation of the drum, the material forms a rolling movement along a certain path. Under the extrusion pressure generated, the material is reunited into small particles and attached to the surrounding powder to gradually form a qualified spherical shape. Granules.

3. Dry granules:

The granulation material needs to be dried before it can meet the requirements of particle moisture content. When the dryer rotates, the internal lifting plate continuously lifts and throws the molding particles, so that the material is in full contact with the hot air to take away the moisture from it, so as to achieve the goal of uniform drying. It adopts an independent air purification system to centrally emit exhaust gases and save energy and reduce consumption.

4. Granule cooling:

After the material particles are dried, they need to be sent to the cooler for cooling. The cooler is connected by a belt conveyor to the dryer. The cooling can remove dust, improve cooling efficiency and thermal energy utilization, and further remove moisture from the particles.

5. Screening:

After the material particles are cooled, all fine and large particles are screened through a roller sieve. The unqualified products sieved from the belt conveyor to the blender are stirred and granulated with the raw materials again. The finished product will be transported to the compound fertilizer coating machine.

6. Mening:

It is mainly used to apply a uniform protective film to the surface of quasi-finished particles to effectively improve the shelf life of particles and make particles smoother. After coating, it is the last link in the whole production process - packaging.

7. Packaging:

This process adopts an automatic quantitative packaging machine. The machine is composed of an automatic weighing machine, a conveyor system, a sealing machine, etc. You can also configure hoppers according to customer requirements. It can realize the quantitative packaging of bulk materials such as organic fertilizer and compound fertilizer.
