Organic Fertilizer Spherical Granulator
Organic fertilizer spherical granulator, also known as organic fertilizer ball shaping machine or organic fertilizer pelletizer, is a specialized granulating equipment for organic materials. It can shape organic fertilizer into spherical granules with uniform size and high density.
The organic fertilizer spherical granulator works by using the high-speed rotating mechanical stirring force and the resulting aerodynamic force to continuously realize the mixing, granulation, and densification of the materials. The organic fertilizer material is first evenly mixed with a certain proportion of water and binder, and then fed into the granulator through the feeding port. The material is then formed into spherical granules through the squeezing action of the roller and the shaping of the ball plate.
