 Properly adjust the gap between hammer and screen

The friction force on the sieve surface is different with the distance between the material and the sieve surface, which makes the friction force different, so by adjusting the gap between the hammer and sieve, the difference can be increased, so as to improve the efficiency. However, in the process of production, the sieve hole is different, the raw material is different, the hammer sieve clearance needs to be adjusted frequently; In the crusher, the crusher at the beginning of the work and work for a period of time, the crusher chamber particle composition will also change; In crusher parts, the hammer is easy to wear, after the front end of the hammer wear, the change of the gap between hammer and sieve will increase, the output will decline, it is difficult to last, of course, in order to meet the demands of the production testing, for some kind of raw material, a mesh, determine appropriate hammer sieve clearance and suction, without considering the service life of the sieve plate and hammer cases, can be achieved in a short time, high grinding efficiency, but, in the crushing production, this kind of work experience of the operator as the condition of the emergence of a variety of specific measurement data and the shredder itself technical content is two things, with rich operating experience of the personnel also need a high cost.  Add suction air

Add negative pressure to crushing system, to absorb the material attached to the inner surface of the sieve, make the material in the sieve surface friction increase, can also increase the hammer and material speed difference, but the increase of air suction will increase the wear and tear of the hammer and the sieve, the efficiency is not lasting. At the same time, the power consumption of air suction also increases.

 Place washboard in crusher

Washboard has the function of blocking material rings, but the function is limited. First, the teeth of washboard act on the front end of the hammer, the friction surface is small, and the wear of the hammer also has the problem of durability. Second, the washboard squeezes the sieve space, the sieve will be reduced if the washboard area is too large, and the output will be reduced if sieve area is too small.

 Adopt fish scale sieve technology

There are many raised points on the surface of the fish scale screen, to enhance the friction, and fish scale screen can increase the screen area, much better than the washboard, but the small raised points wears down easily, and the price is more expensive, so it is hard to promote, consider the increased output and the cost of the screen, we can see the benefit is not obvious.

 Adopt thin hammer technology

Thin hammer side is narrow (less than 4 mm), its principle is not easy to stir up the material, not easy to produce the material and hammer rotation at the same rate.

In general, the same crusher model, it can increase the output of about 20% after use the thinner hammer. The effect of using thin hammer is significant, and the hammer itself hidden in crusher is difficult to find, this is very conducive for sales , especially in testing of the output. However, the thin hammer life is short, generally need to replace after continuous working about 10 days, remove the last few days of low production, consider the cost of the hammer replacement, time and labor, the benefit is quite limited.
