Sheep manure organic fertilizer fermentation technology

There are also more and more large and small farms. While meeting people’s meat needs, they also produce a large amount of livestock and poultry manure. The reasonable treatment of manure can not only effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution, but also turn waste. Weibao generates considerable benefits and at the same time forms a standardized agricultural ecosystem.

Organic fertilizer is mainly derived from plants and (or) animals, and is fermented and decomposed carbon-containing organic materials. Its function is to improve soil fertility, provide plant nutrition, and improve crop quality. It is suitable for organic fertilizer made from livestock and poultry manure, animal and plant residues and animal and plant products as raw materials, and after fermentation and decomposing.

Compared with other animal husbandry manure, the nutrients of sheep dung have obvious advantages. The feed choice for sheep is buds and tender grasses, flowers and green leaves, which are the parts with higher nitrogen concentration. Fresh sheep manure contains 0.46% of phosphorus and potassium, 0.23% of nitrogen and 0.66%, and its phosphorus and potassium content is the same as other manure. The organic matter content is as high as about 30% and far exceeds that of other animal manures. The nitrogen content is more than twice that of cow dung. Fast fertilizer effect is suitable for top dressing, but it must be decomposed, fermented or granulated, otherwise it is easy to burn the seedlings.

Internet references show that different animal manures must be added with different content of carbon adjustment materials due to their different carbon-nitrogen ratios. Generally, the carbon-nitrogen ratio for fermentation is about 25-35. The carbon to nitrogen ratio of sheep manure is between 26-31.

Livestock and poultry manure from different regions and different feeds will have different carbon-nitrogen ratios. It is necessary to adjust the carbon-nitrogen ratio according to local conditions and the actual carbon-nitrogen ratio of the manure to make the pile decompose.

Application of sheep manure organic fertilizer:

1. Sheep manure organic fertilizer decomposes slowly and is suitable as a base fertilizer to increase crop production. The combined application of organic fertilizer has better effect. Used in sandy and clay soils that are too strong, it can not only improve fertility, but also increase the activity of soil enzymes.

2. Sheep manure organic fertilizer contains various nutrients needed to improve the quality of agricultural products and maintain nutrition.

3. Sheep manure organic fertilizer is conducive to soil metabolism and improves the biological activity, structure and nutrients of the soil.

4. Sheep manure organic fertilizer can improve the drought resistance, cold resistance, desalination resistance, salt tolerance and disease resistance of crops.

Sheep manure organic fertilizer production process:

Fermentation→crushing→stirring and mixing→granulation→drying→cooling→screening→packing and warehousing.

1. Fermentation

Sufficient fermentation is the basis for the production of high-quality organic fertilizer. The pile turning machine realizes thorough fermentation and composting, and can realize high pile turning and fermentation, which improves the speed of aerobic fermentation.

2. Crush

The grinder is widely used in the organic fertilizer production process, and has a good crushing effect on wet raw materials such as chicken manure and sludge.

3. Stir

After the raw material is crushed, it is mixed with other auxiliary materials evenly and then granulated.

4. Granulation

The granulation process is the core part of the organic fertilizer production line. The organic fertilizer granulator achieves high-quality uniform granulation through continuous mixing, collision, inlay, spheroidization, granulation, and densification.

5. Drying and cooling

The drum dryer makes the material fully contact with the hot air and reduces the moisture content of the particles.

While reducing the temperature of the pellets, the drum cooler reduces the water content of the pellets again, and approximately 3% of the water can be removed through the cooling process.

6. Screening

After cooling, all powders and unqualified particles can be screened out by a drum sieving machine.

7. Packaging

This is the last production process. The automatic quantitative packaging machine can automatically weigh, transport and seal the bag.

Main equipment introduction of sheep manure organic fertilizer production line:

1. Fermentation equipment: trough type turning machine, crawler type turning machine, chain plate turning and throwing machine

2. Crusher equipment: semi-wet material crusher, vertical crusher

3. Mixer equipment: horizontal mixer, pan mixer

4. Screening equipment: drum screening machine

5. Granulator equipment: stirring tooth granulator, disc granulator, extrusion granulator, drum granulator

6. Dryer equipment: drum dryer

7. Cooler equipment: drum cooler

8. Auxiliary equipment: solid-liquid separator, quantitative feeder, automatic quantitative packaging machine, belt conveyor.

The fermentation process of sheep dung:

1. Mix sheep dung and a little straw powder. The amount of straw meal depends on the moisture content of sheep manure. General compost fermentation requires 45% of water, which means that when you pile manure together, there is water between your fingers but no water drips. When you loosen it, it will loosen immediately.

2. Add 3 kg of biological compound bacteria to 1 ton of sheep manure or 1.5 tons of fresh sheep manure. Dilute the bacteria at a ratio of 1:300 and spray them evenly on the sheep manure pile. Add appropriate amount of corn flour, corn stalks, hay, etc.

3. Equipped with a good mixer to mix these organic raw materials. The mixing must be sufficiently uniform.

4. Mix all the ingredients together to make compost. Each pile has a width of 2.0-3.0 meters and a pile height of 1.5-2.0 meters. As for the length, 5 meters or more is preferred. When the temperature exceeds 55℃, the composting machine can be used to rotate

Note: Some factors are closely related to sheep manure composting, such as temperature, carbon to nitrogen ratio, pH, oxygen and time.

5. The compost is heated for 3 days, deodorized for 5 days, loosened for 9 days, smelled for 12 days, and decomposed for 15 days.

a. On the third day, the temperature of the compost pile is increased to 60℃-80℃ to kill plant diseases and insect pests such as Escherichia coli and insect eggs.

b. On the fifth day, the smell of sheep dung was eliminated.

c. On the ninth day, the compost becomes loose and dry, covered with white hyphae.

d. On the twelfth day, it seemed to produce a wine aroma;

e. On the fifteenth day, the sheep dung is completely decomposed.
