Our company plans a 3 tons per hour quartz sand production line project for a biotechnology company in Henan Province.
This production line is made of quartz sand ore which is crushed and washed with water as raw materials, and processed into commodities after drying and screening. Sand and other fields, is a pragmatic project with significant economic benefits.
This process is to directly feed the washed raw sand from the forklift to the forklift feeder. The feeder realizes continuous and precise feeding of one ton every 20 minutes. The tail of the feeder is connected to a belt conveyor, and the The high-humidity raw materials are sent to the three-pass dryer for one-time drying. After drying, the raw materials are screened by a special drum screening machine, and the effect of cooling the raw materials is achieved at the same time. The sieved material is fully stirred by the mixer and the liquid solvent (the mixer can be equipped with a flow pump device, and the atomized solvent is evenly added during the mixing process), and then conveyed by the belt conveyor to the three-return dryer for secondary drying Dry, so that the water content is reduced to less than 3% into the buffer storage bin, and finally continuously measured and packaged by the computer quantitative packaging system, and then directly stored in the storage.
The whole process adopts cyclone dust removal system and bag dust removal system, so that the dust emission in the workshop during the production process reaches the standard.
