Organic fertilizer production process

The choice of raw materials for organic fertilizer and bio-organic fertilizer can be various livestock manure and organic waste. Organic fertilizer production process:
1) Fermentation process:
The trough type stacker is a widely used fermentation equipment. The trough type stacker is composed of a fermentation tank, a walking track, a power system, a shift device and a multi-tank system. The turning part adopts advanced roller drive. The hydraulic stacker can be raised and lowered freely.
2) Granulation process
Organic fertilizer granulator is widely used in organic fertilizer granulation. It is a special granulator for animal manure, rotten fruit, peel, raw vegetables, green manure, sea manure, farm manure, three wastes, microorganisms and other organic waste materials. It has the advantages of high granulation rate, stable operation, durable equipment and long service life. It is an ideal choice for the production of organic fertilizer. The shell of this machine adopts seamless tube, which is more durable and does not deform. Coupled with the base design, the machine runs more stable. The compressive strength of the organic fertilizer granulator is higher than that of the disc granulator and the drum granulator. The particle size can be adjusted according to customer requirements. The granulator is suitable for direct granulation of organic waste after fermentation, which saves the drying process and greatly reduces the production cost.
3) Drying and cooling process
The granules granulated by the granulator have a high moisture content and need to be dried to reach the standard of moisture content. The dryer is mainly used to dry the particles of humidity and particle size in the production process of organic fertilizer compound fertilizer. The dried pellets have a higher temperature and should be cooled to prevent agglomeration of the fertilizer. The cooler is used to cool the pellets after drying. Combined with the rotary dryer, it can greatly improve the cooling efficiency, reduce the labor intensity, increase the output, and further remove the moisture of the pellets and reduce the temperature of the fertilizer.
4) Screening process
In the production, for the uniformity of the finished fertilizer, the granules must be screened before packaging. Drum screening machine is a common screening equipment in the production process of compound fertilizer and organic fertilizer. It is used to separate finished products and unqualified materials to further achieve the classification of finished products.
5) Packaging process
After the packaging machine is started, the gravity feeder starts to run, and the materials are loaded into the weighing hopper, and then into the bag through the weighing hopper. When the weight reaches the preset value, the gravity feeder stops operating. The operator takes away the packaged materials or places the packaging bag on the belt conveyor.
