Crusher rotors are not concentric. The reason is that the two supporting surfaces of the rotor shaft are not in the same plane. A piece of copper sheet can be mounted on the underside of the bearing pedestal, or an adjustable wedge iron can be added on the underside of the bearing to ensure that the two shaft heads are concentric.

The crushing chamber vibrates greatly. The reason is that the coupling is connected with the rotor in different centers or the mass of the flat hammer in the rotor is not uniform. According to different types of coupling, the corresponding method can be adopted to adjust the connection between the coupling and the motor: when the hammer pieces are of uneven quality, each group of hammer pieces should be selected again to make the hammer pieces symmetrical, so that the error of the symmetrical hammer pieces is less than 5G.

The original balance was upset. After motor repair, dynamic balance test should be done to ensure the overall piece balance.

Crusher anchor bolts loose or the foundation is not firm, in the installation or maintenance, to evenly tighten the anchor bolts, between the foundation and crusher, need install shock absorber to reduce vibration.

The hammer piece breaks or some hard sundries in the chamber, all these will cause the rotor rotation imbalance, and cause the vibration of the whole machine. Therefore, you should check regularly. For the severely worn hammer, you should replace the hammers symmetrically; If there is abnormal sound in the crusher operation, please stop the machine immediately, and find out the reasons timely.

The crusher system is not consistent with the connection of other equipment. For example, improper connection of feeding pipe and discharging pipe will cause vibration and noise. So, these joint parts are not suitable for using hard connection, it is better to use soft connection.

Bearing overheating. Bearing is an important part of crushing machine, its performance directly affects the normal operation and production efficiency. During the operation, the user should pay special attention to the heating of the bearing and the noise of the bearing part, and deal with the abnormal condition as soon as possible.

The two bearings are uneven, or the rotor of the motor and the rotor of the crusher are in different centers, which will cause the bearing to be impacted by the extra load, thus causing the bearing to overheat. In this case, stop immediately to avoid early bearing damage.

Too much, too little or too old lubricating oil in the bearing is also the main cause of bearing overheating damage, therefore, according to the requirements of the user's manual to fill the lubricating oil timely and quantitatively, the general lubrication space is 70% to 80% of the bearing space, too much or too little is not conducive to bearing lubrication and heat transfer.

Bearing cover and the shaft fit too tight, the bearing and shaft fit too tight or too loose will lead to bearing overheating. Once this problem occurs, there will be a friction sound and obvious wobble in the operation. Stop the machine and remove the bearing. Repair the friction parts and then reassemble as required.

The jam of crusher is one of the common faults in the crusher use, which may be the problems in the mold design, but more due to improper operation.

The feeding speed is too fast, the load increases, resulting in blockage. In the process of feeding, always pay attention to the ammeter pointer deflection Angle, if the rated current is exceeded, it means the motor overload, if overload for a long time, that will burn the motor. In this case, the feeding gate should be immediately reduced or closed. The feeding mode can also be changed to control the feeding volume by increasing the feeder. There are two kinds of feeders: manual and automatic. Users should choose the appropriate feeders according to the actual situation. Because of the high speed of the crusher, the load is large, and the load volatility is large. Therefore, the crusher working current is generally controlled at about 85% of the rated current.

The discharge pipeline is not unobstructed or blocked, feeding is too fast, the crusher's air outlet will be blocked. Improper matching with the conveying equipment will cause the wind of outlet pipe weakened or no wind after blocking. After finding out this fault, the outlet part should clear, and change the mismatched conveying equipment, adjust the amount of feed, make the equipment run normally.

Hammer fracture, aging, closed mesh, broken, crushed material water content is too high will make the crusher block. The broken and severely worn hammer should be regularly updated to keep the crusher in a good working condition and check the sieve regularly. The water content of the crushed material should be less than 14%, which can not only improve the efficiency, but also make the crusher unblocked and enhance the reliability of the crusher.

While using, many users face the problem of strong vibration, which affects the operation. The following is the reason for the strong vibration and the solution:

There is something wrong with the hammer installation. In the process of assembly, when the hammer changes another face and turns to use, only a few hammers will be changed, which will cause a strong vibration when the crusher runs. The solution is to turn all the hammer pieces into another side using at the same time.

The weight of corresponding two groups of hammer is unbalanced. When its weight difference is more than 5 grams, the crusher will run strong vibration. The solution is to adjust the position of the hammers to ensure that the weight same or difference between the two corresponding groups of hammers does not exceed 5 grams.

The hammer is not flexible enough. If the hammer is too tightly, it will not be able to rotate during operation, which will also cause a strong vibration. The solution is to stop the machine and rotate the hammer by hand to make the hammer flexible.

The weight of other parts on the rotor is unbalanced. The solution is to check each part separately and adjust to balance.

The spindle bends. When the spindle is bent, the machine will tilt, resulting in strong vibration. The solution is to correct the spindle or replace a new spindle.

Bearing clearance exceeding limit or damaged. The solution is to replace the bearings.

The bottom screws are loose. This will cause the crusher shaking. The solution is to tighten the screws.
