The dual-mode extrusion granulator is capable of directly granulating various organic materials after fermentation. It does not require drying of the materials before granulation, and the moisture content of the raw materials can range from 20% to 40%. After the materials are pulverized and mixed, they can be processed into cylindrical pellets without the need for binders. The resulting pellets are solid, uniform, and visually appealing, while also reducing drying energy consumption and achieving higher pelletization rates. The granule sizes can vary, such as Φ5、Φ6、Φ7、Φ8, and so on, and can be customized according to specific production requirements.
The dual-mode extrusion granulator is widely applicable to the direct granulation of organic materials such as poultry manure, municipal sludge, household waste, sugar mill filter mud, paper mill sludge, distiller’s grains, soybean residue, straw, and biochar. It can produce pure organic fertilizers, organic-inorganic fertilizers, and biologically organic fertilizers.
