The Vertical Chain Fertilizer Crusher is one of the most commonly used crushing equipment in the compound fertilizer industry. It has a strong adaptability for the material with high water content and can feeding smoothly without blocking. The material enters from the feed port and collides with the high-speed rotating chain in the housing. After colliding, the material is squeezed and broken, and then collides with the hammerhead after hitting the inner wall of the housing. In this way, it becomes powders or particles below 3mm are discharged after several collisions.
In the process of crushing, the Vertical Chain Fertilizer Crusher use synchronous speed of high-strength wear-resistant carbide chain plate, and reasonable design for inlet and outlet, so that the finished material is in uniform shape and keep no adhesion in the machine.
