II. Working Principle

Each core supporting device operates efficiently in different sections of the organic fertilizer production line according to its unique industrial operating principles:

1. Solid-Liquid Separator

As a critical raw material pretreatment device, the solid-liquid separator utilizes screw extrusion or vibrating screening principles. A powerful screw shaft continuously pushes high-moisture livestock manure forward while a high-density stainless steel screen efficiently separates free water from solid fibers, reducing the moisture content of solid materials to the optimal fermentation range of 50%–60%.

2. Batching Hoppers and Dynamic Batching Machines

Batching hoppers are used to store various nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and trace element materials.

Dynamic batching machines employ a combination of continuous variable-frequency feeding and static/dynamic precision weighing sensors. As materials pass over the weighing bridge on the conveyor belt, weight and speed signals are transmitted in real time to the PLC controller, which automatically adjusts feeding rates to achieve highly accurate multi-material formulation ratios.

3. Conveyors and Buffer Bins

Conveyors (belt conveyors or bucket elevators) utilize friction between the drive pulley and conveyor belt or the mechanical lifting force of buckets to achieve seamless material transportation between process sections.

Buffer bins are installed before critical process sections such as granulation or packaging. Through gravity settling and internal anti-bridging mechanisms, they regulate material flow, compensate for speed mismatches between process stages, and prevent production interruptions caused by material blockages.

4. Polishing Machine

Newly formed fertilizer granules are conveyed into the polishing machine.

The equipment consists of two or more polishing discs rotating at high speed in the same direction. Under the combined effects of centrifugal force, friction, and gravity, granules are continuously rolled and polished, transforming irregular or elongated particles into smooth, spherical, and uniformly dense premium-quality fertilizer granules.

5. Coating Machine

Operating on the principle of rotary drum coating, fertilizer granules form a uniform rolling material curtain inside the rotating drum.

Anti-caking agents, brightening agents, or microbial additives are evenly sprayed onto the particle surface through high-pressure nozzles, forming a dense protective layer that effectively prevents moisture absorption and caking while enhancing product appearance.

6. Packaging Machine

The packaging machine adopts static cumulative weighing and dual-speed feeding technology.

Once the target weight is reached, the bag-clamping cylinder secures the bag opening, the discharge gate opens, and the fertilizer is released into the packaging bag. The filled bag is then transferred via conveyor to the automatic sewing and sealing system for final packaging and finished product output.
