In the process of equipment operation, if found that the main shaft vibration or noise is bigger, or pressure of high temperature over 65 ° С above, and other abnormal situation, you should notice the mechanics immediately;
When the machine is working, it is forbidden to operate the machine by any other person except the operator and repairman.

When the machine stopping work, the fan should be shut down and the drum should run for 2-3 minutes to remove the mud before the machine stops. Then do the maintenance work, brush iron dust, add lubricating oil, cut off the power.

The equipment shall be installed on the horizontal ground and fixed with foot bolts.
The main body is perpendicular to the horizontal during installation.
After installation, check whether the bolts in each position are loose and whether the main engine cabin door is fastened.
According to the power consumption of the machine, configure the appropriate power cord and control switch.
After the inspection, coming into the no-load test, and the production can be carried out with normal testing result.
