There are six precautions during the operation of the organic fertilizer granulator:
1. Before starting the power supply of the organic fertilizer granulator, please check the specified voltage and the corresponding current marked on the motor, and confirm whether the correct voltage is input and the overload relay is configured.
2. If the raw materials are not completely invaded into the granulator, it is strictly forbidden to run it empty to avoid damage to the equipment.
3. The foundation of the organic fertilizer granulator must be firm, and it is best to work in a working environment without vibration.
4. Confirm whether the foundation bolts of the organic fertilizer granulator and the screws of each part are firmly installed.
5. After the equipment is started, if there are abnormal noises, temperature rises and constant shaking, etc., it shall be shut down immediately for inspection.
6. Check whether the motor temperature is normal. When the load increases to normal load, check whether the current exceeds the rated current. If there is an overload phenomenon, it is more appropriate to switch to high horsepower.
