II. The working principle:
The equipment is usually composed of feeding system, mixing system, pelletizing system, screening system, spraying system, cooling system and packaging system. How it works:
Raw material pretreatment: raw materials include decomposed organic matter (such as livestock and poultry manure, biogas residue, compost) and minerals (such as phosphate rock powder, potassium sulfate, stone powder, ammonium nitrate, etc.), which are mixed proportionally through the batching system to control the moisture at 30%~35%.
Screw feeding and stirring: The pretreated raw materials enter the main machine, and the internal high-speed rotating shaft drives multiple groups of spiral blades and the mixing hammer head to carry out high-speed rotary mixing and shearing, so that the raw materials produce extrusion force and friction heat, forming preliminary agglomeration.
Granulation molding: the material is gradually polymerized into spherical particles under the action of centrifugal force, shear force and collision between particles, there is no mold setting in the machine cavity, and the granulation rate is as high as 90% or more in the pure physical granulation process.
Particle discharge and screening: After the formed particles are discharged from the discharge port, they are graded by the trommel screen, and the particles whose particle size does not meet the standard are returned to be mixed and granulated again.
Post-processing: Qualified particles can be dried, cooled, coated, metered and packaged to further improve stability and commercialization.
