The granulating disc has a certain inclination angle (usually 40°-55°), the disc body rotates under the drive of the motor, and the material rolls, flips, and stacks along the disc wall under the comprehensive action of centrifugal force, gravity and friction, and gradually rolls into a ball.

Pellet forming and discharge-

As the particles gradually increase, when the predetermined particle size is reached, the finished particles will automatically slide out of the edge of the tray and be transported to the next drying and cooling process through the discharge port, depending on the tilt angle and rotation speed of the granulation disc.
