This production line covers the entire manufacturing process from raw material pretreatment to final product packaging. The system mainly consists of crushers, mixers, screening machines, granulators, dryers, coolers, packaging machines, and conveyor systems integrated throughout the entire production line. To address the common characteristics of organic fertilizer raw materials, such as high moisture content, strong corrosiveness, and high adhesion, our equipment has undergone comprehensive industrial-grade optimization. All material-contact surfaces are manufactured using high-quality corrosion-resistant stainless steel or polymer anti-sticking liners. The complete production line can be flexibly adjusted and modularly configured according to different production requirements, plant layouts, and capacity scales (ranging from 10,000 to 200,000 tons per year). The complete organic fertilizer production line operates through a series of interconnected industrial processes, with each equipment unit performing a specific function to form a continuous manufacturing chain.
1. Raw Material Size Reduction and Uniform Mixing (Crusher & Mixer)
After fermentation, organic raw materials are first fed into the crusher. The equipment utilizes high-speed rotating wear-resistant rotors or hammers to apply intensive impact and shearing forces to block materials, reducing them to the particle size required for granulation.
The crushed base material, together with trace elements and additives, enters the mixer according to the prescribed formulation ratio. Driven by dual-shaft high-efficiency paddles or horizontal screw agitators, the materials undergo convection, diffusion, and kneading within a short period, achieving a highly uniform and homogeneous molecular-level mixture.
2. Impurity Separation and Granule Formation (Screening Machine & Granulator)
The uniformly mixed material is conveyed to the screening machine, where rotating or vibrating screens with different mesh sizes separate oversized impurities and non-conforming particles.
Qualified fine materials are then transported to the granulator. Inside advanced granulation equipment, such as a stirring-tooth combination granulator or rotary drum granulator, the materials are subjected to high-speed mechanical stirring, centrifugal force, and rolling action. Under the influence of surface tension, fine particles aggregate into dense, spherical granules with excellent roundness and strength.
3. Moisture Reduction, Hardening, and Temperature Stabilization (Dryer & Cooler)
Freshly formed fertilizer granules contain high moisture content and relatively low mechanical strength.
Material is conveyed into the upper inlet of the rotary dryer through a conveyor system. Inside the drum, lifting plates continuously raise and disperse the granules, allowing thorough heat exchange with hot air. After drying, the material exits through the lower discharge outlet onto a conveyor belt.
The high-temperature granules then enter the upper inlet of the cooler. Ambient cooling air is introduced to create forced convection cooling. After cooling, the material is discharged from the lower outlet onto a conveyor belt. This process rapidly hardens the granules, significantly improves particle strength, and reduces moisture content to a safe level suitable for packaging and storage.
4. Precise Weighing and Continuous Material Transfer (Packaging Machine & Conveyor System)
The cooled finished fertilizer is delivered to the packaging machine. The packaging system adopts a static cumulative weighing principle and utilizes a PLC-controlled fast-and-slow variable-frequency feeding system to ensure precise filling of fertilizer into bags, followed by automatic bag sewing and sealing.
Meanwhile, conveyor systems such as large-inclination belt conveyors and bucket elevators function as the “arteries” of the production line. Through frictional drive or mechanical lifting force, they continuously and reliably transport materials from one process stage to the next, ensuring smooth and synchronized production throughout the entire line.

3. Heavy-Duty Corrosion and Wear Resistance for Extended Service Life
Organic fertilizer production environments are characterized by high humidity and corrosive gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide. Therefore, all material-contact surfaces inside key equipment—including mixers, granulators, dryers, and coolers—are reinforced with wear-resistant treatments or manufactured using specialized anti-corrosion materials, minimizing rust formation and mechanical wear.

Through the coordinated operation of granulation, drying, and cooling systems, the granulation rate can consistently exceed 95%. The airflow channels and lifting plates within the drying and cooling equipment are designed through precise thermal engineering calculations, ensuring uniform moisture removal throughout each granule.
This not only effectively prevents moisture absorption and caking during storage and transportation but also provides the finished fertilizer with excellent physical strength, high particle uniformity, and an attractive, rounded appearance.
