II. Working Principle
During the organic fertilizer processing procedure, specialized equipment in each process stage works in close coordination and performs its irreplaceable function based on scientific physical and mechanical transformation principles:
- Raw Material Pretreatment and Precision Crushing (Crusher)
Fermented organic raw materials often contain large agglomerates and coarse fibers. The crusher is mainly used to apply intensive impact, shearing, and size-reduction forces to large particles and block materials, converting them into uniformly sized fine powder that is easier to process in subsequent stages. This prevents equipment blockage and improves the efficiency of downstream processing.
- Multi-Component Homogenization and Proportioning (Mixer)

The granules then enter the cooler through the upper feed inlet at the front. Cold air is introduced to provide forced cooling. After cooling, the material is discharged through the lower outlet at the rear end onto the conveyor belt. The dryer and cooler are used to dry and cool the granules, allowing them to harden rapidly and return to ambient temperature for subsequent packaging and storage.
- Precision Classification and Finished Product Packaging (Screening Machine and Packaging Machine)
The screening machine is used to classify granules and remove impurities. The material is conveyed through the upper feed inlet into the screening machine. Screens with specific aperture sizes accurately separate qualified granules, oversized material, which is discharged through the lower outlet and returned to the crushing section, and undersized particles, which are returned to the granulation section, ensuring consistent finished product specifications.
