I. Product Overview:

II, The working principle:

Feeding stage -
the organic material (water content is generally between 30%-40%) after fermentation and maturation is fed into the working cavity of the granulator through the feeding device.

High-speed mixing and granulation -
In the working cavity, strong shearing and stirring are generated between the high-speed rotating agitation gear and the shell, so that the material can quickly coalesce into a ball under the action of rotating centrifugal force and its own viscosity to complete the preliminary molding.

Adjust the particle size -
according to the rotation speed, water addition, material viscosity and other parameters, the diameter of the final fertilizer particles can be controlled, the common particle size is 3-6 mm, suitable for agricultural sowing.

Discharging and discharging -
After the formed particles are discharged through the discharge port, they enter the next process of drying, cooling, screening and other processes, and the quality of the finished fertilizer is uniform and the fluidity is good.
