I.Product Overview.

Organic Fertilizer Pellet Machine is a kind of equipment specially used to process powdered or finely crushed organic fertilizer raw materials into granular fertilizers. It is widely used in organic fertilizer, bio-organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, soil conditioner, agricultural waste reuse and other fields.

II.Working Principle.

(1) Flat Die Pellet Machine

1. After the material enters the pressing chamber, it is extruded by the pressure roller on the flat die, so that the material is molded through the die hole to form cylindrical pellets.

2. After the pellets are extruded from the die holes, they are cut into the required length by the cutter.

3. It is suitable for all kinds of organic raw materials, such as livestock and poultry manure, straw powder, wood chips, peat and so on.

Applicable materials: livestock and poultry manure, straw pulverized material, wood chips, mushroom residue, etc.

(2) Ring mold pellet machine

1. The material enters into the ring die pelletizing room through the inlet, and is extruded under the action of the high-speed rotating ring die and pressure roller.

2. The granules are extruded through the die holes and then cut and discharged by the cutter.

3. Suitable for large-scale organic fertilizer production, high density of particles, high molding rate.

Applicable materials: livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, grass charcoal and other materials with high fiber content.

(3) Stirring tooth granulator (high wet material granulation)

1. The material enters into the high-speed rotating churning teeth granulating cavity, and gradually forms particles under the effect of shearing, collision and friction.

2. Suitable for ** moisture content of 30% -50% ** high humidity materials, without drying can be directly granulated, reduce energy consumption.

Applicable materials: chicken manure, cow dung, pig manure, sludge, wine lees, sugar residue and other high moisture materials.

(4) Roller extrusion granulator (dry granulation)

1. The material enters between the high-pressure rollers and is extruded into flakes or strips.

2. Through crushing and screening device, the flake material is processed into granule.

3. It is suitable for low moisture organic fertilizer or compound fertilizer production without drying.

Applicable materials: powder compound fertilizer, mineral fertilizer, low moisture organic fertilizer.

(5) Disc granulator (wet granulation)

1. The material is subject to centrifugal force and friction in the rotating tilted disk, and is gradually agglomerated into spherical particles.

2. It is suitable for materials with good viscosity, and the granulation effect can be adjusted by spraying and adding water.

Applicable materials: livestock and poultry manure, organic matter powder, sludge, crop residues, etc.

(1) Organic fertilizer production
