I. Product Overview:
Organic fertilizer granulator is a kind of equipment used to process powdered or small granular organic materials into uniform particles, which is widely used in organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, agricultural waste treatment, livestock and poultry manure resource utilization and other fields.
It usually includes hoppers, rotary screens, mixers, granulators, screening machines, packaging machines, and other parts.
Compared with powdered fertilizer, organic fertilizer granules have better fluidity, are not easy to agglomerate, easy to store and transport, and can be released in a controlled manner to improve fertilizer efficiency utilization. This equipment is suitable for all kinds of organic raw materials, such as livestock and poultry manure, crop straw, sugar residue, distiller’s grains, fungus residue, grass peat, wood chips, peat, etc.

II. How it works:
(1) Disc granulator (wet granulation).
The material is fed into the rotating disc through the conveying device, and under the action of centrifugal force and disc inclination angle, the material continuously rolls and agglomerates to form particles. Add an appropriate amount of water through the spray system to moisten the surface of the powder particles, improve the adhesion, and gradually increase the particle diameter. After the particles reach the set size, they are discharged from the discharge port and enter the drying and cooling process.
Applicable materials: suitable for wet, viscous powdery materials, such as livestock and poultry manure, peat, sawdust, etc.
(2) Drum granulator (wet granulation).
The material enters the inside of the rotating drum and rolls along the wall of the cylinder under the action of the lifting device. Add an appropriate amount of water or binder through the spray system to gradually agglomerate the material into a ball. The drum is tilted at a certain angle, and the particles move towards the discharge end under the action of gravity, and finally discharged.
Applicable materials: suitable for livestock and poultry manure, sugar residue, distiller’s grains and other organic materials with high moisture content.
(3) Roller extrusion granulator (dry granulation).
The material enters between two sets of high-pressure rollers and is extruded into sheets or strips under high pressure. Through the crushing and screening device, the material is formed into granularity without drying.
Applicable materials: suitable for low-moisture materials, such as powdered compound fertilizer, mineral powder, etc.
(4) New type of agitation granulator (high humidity material granulation).
The material passes through the high-speed rotating gear agitation device to form particles under the action of shearing, collision and friction. It is suitable for high-humidity organic materials with a moisture content of 30%-50%, and can be granulated without drying.
Applicable materials: livestock and poultry manure, sludge, straw powder, wood chips, etc.
III. Product Applications:
(1) Organic fertilizer production
It is suitable for the granulation production of organic materials such as chicken manure, cow manure, pig manure, sheep manure, straw, wood chips, mushroom residue, sugar residue, etc. Produce granular organic fertilizer, improve fertilizer utilization rate, and fertilize more evenly.
(2) Resource utilization of agricultural waste
It is suitable for the recycling of agricultural and sideline product waste, such as distiller’s grains, sugar residue, fungus residue, cottonseed husk, etc., and processes the waste into high-quality organic fertilizer.
(3) Soil amendment production
It is suitable for the production of soil amendment, increasing the content of soil organic matter and improving soil structure.
(4) Compound fertilizer production
It can be used for the production of organic and inorganic compound fertilizers to improve crop yield and quality.
