I. Product Overview:
Organic fertilizer plate granulator is a special equipment for granulation molding of powdered organic fertilizer, biological organic fertilizer and compound organic fertilizer. The equipment adopts the flat die rolling structure design, relying on the relative extrusion movement of the pressure roller and the flat die to extrude the powdery material into dense cylindrical particles, and then cut the particles to the specified length through the cutter device.

II, The working principle:
Its working principle is to extrude the organic fertilizer into granules through mechanical pressure, and then make organic fertilizer granules of the specified size by cutting and molding. This kind of machine is mainly composed of feeding system, extrusion system, adjustment system and cutting system. Its advantages are simple structure, easy operation, and suitable for the manufacture of various organic fertilizers.
The operation mode of the organic fertilizer plate granulator belongs to the mechanical extrusion granulation process, and its basic principle is as follows:
Material Feed-
The moisture content of organic fertilizer raw materials processed by fermentation and maturation, crushing and screening is controlled at about 15%-20%, and is evenly fed between the flat die and the pressure roller through the feeding device.
Extrusion-
The pressure roller rotates along the surface of the flat die under the drive of the motor and rotates at the same time. When the material enters the extrusion area between the two, it is extruded into the die hole inside the flat die under strong pressure, forming dense columnar particles.
Pellet Cutting -
The long strips of particles that are extruded from the die hole are then cut off by an adjustable cutter installed under the die disc according to the set length to form a finished particle with uniform specifications.
Finished product discharge-
The cut particles automatically fall into the discharge chute and enter the next drying, cooling and screening process.
The operation process of the whole machine is simple, no additional binder is added, and high-density pressing granulation can be achieved by relying on the material’s own fiber and biomass characteristics.
