II. Working Principle:

Most organic fertilizer dryers adopt a rotary drum structure, installed at a certain incline. Driven by a motor, the drum rotates slowly while material enters from the feed end. Inside the drum, built-in lifting plates continuously lift and scatter the material, allowing it to fully contact the hot air, ensuring uniform heating and rapid moisture evaporation.

The heat source can be natural gas, coal, biomass pellets, fuel oil, steam, or hot air furnaces. Hot air is introduced into the dryer by an induced draft fan and flows either counter-current or co-current with the material, depending on process requirements.

During drying, moisture in the material quickly evaporates into steam and is discharged through the exhaust system after dust and odor removal, meeting environmental standards. The dried fertilizer is discharged from the outlet, with moisture content controlled below 12%, ready for storage or packaging.
